Earth Works
Good earth works prevent settlement, drainage problems and costly rework later.
Overview
Ground preparation done right
Earth works include clearing, excavation, hauling, filling, grading and compaction. They set the levels and the bearing capacity on which everything else depends.
We use loaders, excavators and compaction equipment and plan material movement to keep haul distances and cost down. Levels are checked against drawings before handover to the next trade.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why is compaction important?
Poorly compacted ground settles over time and can crack slabs and pavements.
Do you remove excess soil?
Yes, hauling and disposal can be included in the scope.
Can earth works start before drawings are final?
Site clearing and rough grading can, but final levels need approved drawings.
